Acting like locals

We had a great day yesterday. Starting out in Bozeman, where we had an amazing brunch at the Western Cafe. Thx for the suggestion, Lindsay! We then spent a while just walking around the Main Street area. Great shops, restaurants, etc. I can see why you love it, Uel. Bought a few goodies, including some new shoes for me (shooping!).

Later we took off for Missoula. Very pretty drive. Checked into our hotel, "C'Mon Inn" - yep, that's the name. Such a cute place! We left there to check out the town and visit a winery that we had read about online - Ten Spoon. Had a lovely time and were joined by some deer! Tried to get some dinner after that, but there was a storm and the power was out everywhere. Ended up having ice cream, which was wonderful. Thanks for the tips, Carrie Love!

Bottom line - we LOVE Montana! Here are some photos from the day:

Our brunch at the Western Cafe!

A milk machine just like the one we had at home when I was a kid!

Cowboy Kent!

One of Uel's paintings at Wild Joe's Coffee.

A recliner in our room!

These guys joined us at the winery.

As did this guy . . .
